You Know Something's Off. You're Just Not Sure What to Do About It.
Maybe it's a nagging hip that's been limiting your turns for weeks. Maybe you're a dance parent watching your teenager push through pain because audition season is right around the corner. Or maybe you've never worked with a physical therapist before and the idea of clicking through a booking page full of services you've never heard of feels like a lot.
That's a completely normal place to be. Bravo was built for exactly this moment.
We work with dancers, performing artists, and active individuals across Frisco and Dallas — people who have high expectations of their bodies and need clinical guidance that matches that. But before any of that can happen, someone has to understand what you're dealing with. That's what the intro call is for.
What Is the Intro Call?
The intro call is a complimentary 15-minute phone conversation with one of our licensed physical therapists. No intake forms, no commitment, no pressure to book anything. You tell us what's going on. We tell you honestly what kind of care fits — whether that's physical therapy, a wellness session, Pilates, nutrition counseling, or something else entirely.
How It Works
Step 1 — Book online in under a minute. Select "Intro Call" on our booking page. You'll be asked to put a card on file — this is how we keep our no-show rate near zero and protect your spot on the schedule. The call itself is complimentary. Your confirmation email will include our Frisco Center address. If you'd like to come in person to chat, please give us more than 24 hours notice — otherwise we'll call the phone number you provided at your scheduled time.
Step 2 — We call you. Dr. Julia or a member of our clinical team will call you at the scheduled time. This call is about you — tell us what's going on, what you've tried, and what you're hoping for. We're here to listen.
Step 3 — Leave with a clear next step. By the end of the call, you'll have a clear sense of what kind of care fits and where to start. No pressure, no rush.
PT-Led Care From Clinicians Who Have Danced Professionally
Bravo Physio was founded by Dr. Julia Buckelew, PT, DPT, OCS — a board-certified orthopaedic clinical specialist with more than 200 hours of dance-specific continuing education, Adjunct Professor of Dance Kinesiology at SMU Meadows School of the Arts, and staff PT for multiple DFW dance companies.
Our team includes Dr. Travis Morrison, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT — a fellowship-trained manual therapist and former professional dancer with Colorado Ballet and City Ballet San Diego. When Dr. Julia or Dr. Travis assess a hip impingement, they're drawing on clinical training and a lifetime in dance. That combination doesn't exist at other clinics in DFW.
The intro call connects you directly to this level of expertise, at no cost, before you've committed to anything.
- Board-certified, fellowship-trained PTs with lived dance experience
- Multi-disciplinary team: PT, wellness, Pilates, nutrition counseling, DARI motion capture
- Two locations: Frisco Square and Dallas Preston Center, with virtual sessions available across Texas
One Call. No Guesswork.
You don't need to have it figured out before you reach out. Dr. Julia and the Bravo team have worked with dancers and active patients across Frisco, Dallas, and DFW for years — and the intro call exists precisely because the first question is usually the hardest one to answer alone.
Book your complimentary intro call today and leave the conversation knowing exactly where to start.
Frequently Asked Questions
This is your sub-headline
No. About half of Bravo's patient base is active individuals, fitness clients, and performing artists who aren't competitive dancers. If you're physically active and dealing with something that's limiting you, this call is for you.
Yes. There is no charge for the call. We do ask you to put a card on file when booking, which keeps our schedule running reliably, but you are not charged for the intro call itself. FSA and HSA cards are accepted for paid services.
Absolutely. We work with young dancers throughout DFW and frequently help dance parents figure out the right next step when their dancer is dealing with pain, fatigue, or an injury concern during training season.
