Wellness sessions are designed to enhance your movement performance and fitness through strength training and conditioning. Principles of biomechanics are utilized to improve your movement quality and reduce your risk of injury. Private sessions and group classes are available. In-depth Movement
Screenings are completed during the first session to tailor the program to your needs. Wellness sessions are not formal Physical Therapy. If needed, the client can transition to Physical Therapy services and seek out additional medical consultation.
